Review of Puro Dão Hotel & SpaMy recent stay at the Puro Dão Hotel & Spa was both delightful and revealing in terms of value versus luxury. Nestled amidst stunning landscapes, this recently opened establishment combines comfort with a commendable price point, making it an attractive option for travelers seeking a brief escape. Upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly, and the responsiveness of the staff, led by Wilson at check-in, set a promising tone for our stay. We opted for a spacious room, which was well worth it, especially with a large balcony offering picturesque mountain views. The hotel's amenities exceeded expectations, particularly the spa-a retreat of relaxation with full-body massages and beauty treatments readily available. Our afternoons were spent enjoying the indoor pool, allowing for a serene escape from the tropical heat. Dining at Tertulia provided us with a delightful culinary experience, complemented by great service. One evening, a disturbance occurred at the Bistro Bar, but the attentive staff swiftly ensured our comfort. In essence, Puro Dão Hotel & Spa presents an excellent blend of luxury and affordability, making it an ideal choice for families like mine, eager to explore the rich landscapes of Sri Lanka while enjoying thoughtful hospitality.
